Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 24-72 hours of delivery by contacting us immediately.

What qualifies as damaged or defective:

  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Wrong items sent
  • Items that don’t match the product description

Requirements:

  • Contact us within 24-72 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect
  • Include your order number and description of the issue

For damaged or defective items, we cover all return shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact us at admin@julinemart.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Wait for return authorization from our team. Do not send items back without approval.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Step 4: Schedule a ShipBubble pickup or drop off the item at our hub:

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Please note: There are no restocking fees for approved returns.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 3 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank – there is often processing time before a refund appears

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@julinemart.com.

Sale Items

Sale items can be refunded following the same policy as regular-priced items, provided they meet all return conditions.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at admin@julinemart.com.

For size or color exchanges, contact us within 3 days and follow the return process outlined above.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs if:

  • You changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong size or color
  • The item doesn’t fit your preference
  • You’re returning after the 3-day window

We cover return shipping costs if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • We sent you the wrong item
  • The item doesn’t match the product description

Please note: If you receive a refund for a non-defective return, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
