Welcome to JulineMart, Nigeria’s trusted multi-vendor online marketplace. By accessing or using our website (www.julinemart.com) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to JulineMart, the platform owner.
- “Vendor” refers to individuals or businesses selling products on JulineMart.
- “Customer” refers to individuals purchasing products through JulineMart.
- “Hub” refers to designated JulineMart collection points for vendor product drop-off and courier pick-up.
2. Our Role
JulineMart provides a platform for vendors to list and sell products to customers. We are not the manufacturer or direct seller of third-party products. Responsibility for product quality, description accuracy, and fulfillment rests with the vendor.
3. Customer Terms
- Orders are placed directly on the JulineMart website.
- Payments are securely processed through Paystack and other approved payment gateways.
- Delivery is managed through our hub system in partnership with third-party logistics providers (e.g., Shipbubble, Sendbox, GIGL).
- Customers agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information.
- Refunds and returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy (RMA)
4. Vendor Terms
- Vendors must provide accurate product details, images, and pricing.
- Vendors must deliver products to the assigned hub or arrange pickup as instructed.
- Vendors agree to JulineMart’s commission policy (currently 4%) and affiliate structure (1%).
- Payouts are processed through bank transfer after deduction of commissions and applicable fees.
- Vendors are prohibited from listing counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items.
- Vendors remain responsible for compliance with Nigerian laws, including consumer protection and product safety.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Customers may request a return or refund within 72 hours of delivery, subject to product condition and eligibility.
- Vendors must honor valid return requests in line with JulineMart’s RMA policy.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
- Upload offensive, misleading, or harmful content.
- Interfere with JulineMart’s systems or other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
JulineMart is not responsible for:
- Damages caused by products sold by vendors.
- Delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party couriers.
- Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by customers or vendors.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and design on JulineMart are owned by us and may not be copied, used, or distributed without permission. Vendors retain rights to their own product images and content but grant JulineMart a license to use them for promotional purposes.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of JulineMart after changes means you accept the revised terms.
