Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the JulineMart Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join our affiliate program.
You must provide accurate and complete registration details, including a valid payment email address.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are expected to promote JulineMart products and services in a lawful and ethical manner.
Misleading, spammy, or fraudulent marketing practices are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must not engage in activities that could harm JulineMart’s reputation.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 1% commission on every purchase made by customers they refer using their unique affiliate link.
Commissions are not limited to the first purchase — affiliates earn on all qualifying purchases by their referrals.
Shipping fees, taxes, and refunded/cancelled orders are excluded from commission calculations.

4. Payments

Payments are made once the affiliate’s balance reaches a minimum of ₦5,000.
Payments will be processed through [Bank Transfer ].
Payouts occur after a 14 day grace period to account for possible order cancellations or refunds.

5. Affiliate Account

Each affiliate is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
JulineMart reserves the right to review and approve affiliate applications.
JulineMart may suspend or terminate an account if fraudulent activity or policy violations are detected.

JulineMart reserves the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if earned through fraudulent or prohibited practices.

8. Modifications

JulineMart may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard updates.
