Vendor Requirements

Business Eligibility:

  • Registered business or individual entrepreneur
  • Valid Nigerian contact information and Photographic ID
  • Bank account for receiving payments

Product Standards:

  • Only authentic, legal, and quality products
  • Clear product photos and accurate descriptions
  • Compliance with Nigerian regulations
  • No prohibited items (see our Acceptable Use Policy)

Operational Commitment:

  • Acknowledge orders within 1 hour
  • Deliver to JulineMart hub within 24-48 hours
  • Respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours
  • Maintain product quality and accurate inventory

Documentation Required:

  • Valid ID (National ID, Voter’s Card, Driver’s License, or Passport)
  • Business registration certificate (if applicable)
  • Bank account details
  • Phone number and email address

Vendor Fees & Commissions

Platform Commission: 5%
